In the event of a claim, please contact us at (618) 632-8900. If a claim were to occur after hours or over the weekend, please call the 24 hour direct claim reporting services available to you. You will need your policy number and claim details to give to the claims office. Please give us a call the following business day so that we can answer any questions you may have and assist you in any way through this process.
